Senior women's basketball player Katie Gehlmann became the newest member of Waynesburg's 1,000-point club by scoring 10 points against Carnegie Mellon in the championship game of the ECAC Tournament on Sunday. She ends her college playing career with 1,005 points after totaling 44 points in four tournament games (11.0 points per game). She also averaged 4.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.3 steals per contest.
