Senior wrestler Tristan Buxton posted a perfect 6-0 record on the mats this past week. He picked up a forfeit in Waynesburg's 24-22 win at Washington & Jefferson on Wednesday, before going 5-0 at the Budd Whitehill National Duals. The Jacket veteran upended a pair of opponents in the D3Wrestle.com national rankings at the event. He defeated Wisconsin-Stevens Point's Ben Vosters, who was listed just outside the website's top 10 at 125, 7-4, before gritting out a 3-2 decision over Roger William's Nick Barbaria. Barbaria was an "Honorable Mention" selection on D3Wrestle.com. He added a major decision and two forfeits to his weekend's workload before being named Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Wrestler of the Week.
