Junior Brennan Smith, who missed all of last season with an injury, hasn’t appeared to miss a beat in his return to the Waynesburg men’s team. He averaged team highs in both points (16.0) and rebounds (7.7) for the Jackets, who went 1-2 this past week. Smith shot 58.6 percent from the floor and 62.5 percent from the free throw line for the week. He contributed 11 points and seven rebounds in Waynesburg’s 81-78 victory over Fredonia on Tuesday, Nov. 20.
