Freshman wrestler Colby Morris (Waynesburg, Pa. / Waynesburg Central) was named Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Wrestler of the Week after being named Outstanding Wrestler at Saturday's Washington & Jefferson Invitational. The first-year standout got off to a fast start by pinning Thiel's Jake Longerman in 4:52, his first fall as a collegiate wrestler. He followed that up with his first upset of the day, a 4-2 decision over Stevens' Dylan Van Sickell, the number-two seed in the bracket. Van Sickell came into the day featured in the D3Wrestle.com national rankings. Morris picked up his second-straight win by a 4-2 final score to reach the championship bout. He knocked off Lycoming's Paul Santomarco to set up an All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) final against Thiel's Austin Bonacci. Morris concluded his run to the title by edging Bonacci 3-1.
