McGeary went 3-0 for Waynesburg, which posted a perfect 4-0 mark, giving it six-straight dual victories. McGeary clinched two of those wins, the first with a pin at 285 pounds that turned a 21-16 deficit into a 22-21 triumph. He also put together a 9-2 decision that clinched the Jackets’ 26-18 victory over Case Western Reserve. The first-year standout added a forfeit win against Adrian.
