Junior softball player Brin Hunter (West Alexander, Pa. / McGuffey) went four-for-six at the plate during Waynesburg's sweep of Thiel on Saturday. She logged a double, a triple, three runs scored, an RBI and was successful in her only steal attempt of the doubleheader. She slugged 1.167 and boasted a .714 on-base percentage. She also threw out the only base runner who attempted to steal a base on her over two games.
