Senior softball player Brin Hunter (West Alexander, Pa. / McGuffey) went eight-for-12 at the plate (.667 batting average) over four games, all starts, for Waynesburg, which posted a 4-0 record. She logged two doubles, scored five runs and drove in six more. Hunter slugged .833 and boasted a .692 on-base percentage. She also stole a base in her only try and played error-free defense on 19 total chances (15 putouts, four assists).
