Durkin posted a 2-0 record on Friday, April 21, by picking up a 3-0 victory over New Jersey City, before coming out on top in an all-Waynesburg duel against sophomore Dane Chiccarello (Clinton, Pa. / South Side). Those triumphs advanced him to Friday’s semifinal round.
