Noah Westover led the Yellow Jackets with eight goals and 11 saves as Waynesburg defeated Puerto Rico Mayaguez to capture the NECC Division V East conference championship last Thursday. The Jackets dropped the first game 3-2 but stormed back ot take the match 4-1.
