GROVE CITY, Pa. (Oct. 17) – The Waynesburg University women's soccer dropped a 3-0 road Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest at Grove City this Saturday.
GCC's Michelle Peck and Emily Ostlund recorded a goal and an assist each in the victory as the Wolverines peppered Jacket keeper Katrina Kelly with 32 shots. The sophomore net minder collected nine saves over 90 minutes of work.
The loss dropped Waynesburg to 5-9 overall and 1-3 in conference play, while Grove City improved to 6-5-3 on the year, and stayed undefeated at 4-0 in PAC action.
The Waynesburg women return home on Oct. 20, when they host the Bethany Bison in another conference clash.
