LATROBE, Pa. (Oct. 27) – The Waynesburg University women's volleyball team traveled to Saint Vincent on Tuesday night and dropped a 3-0 match to the Bearcats.
Saint Vincent (20-9) took the match by the set scores of 25-13, 25-12, 25-5. The loss dropped the Yellow Jackets to 5-19 on the season.
The visitors were led by junior libero Rachell Storm, who recorded a team-high 22 digs. Freshman setter Carly Smithyman put together another double-digit night in assists with 10.
The Jackets return to action on Thursday, Oct. 29, when they head to Geneva to face the Golden Tornadoes.
