Things to Watch For

* Thiel was an impressive plus-six in turnovers this past weekend as they beat Saint Vincent 38-14. The Tomcats forced and recovered three fumbles and intercepted four passes in the victory. On the year, Thiel boasts a plus-eight turnover rating.

* Waynesburg quarterback Brad Dawson and Thiel signal-caller Willie Bova are one and two in both passing yardage per game and total passing yards coming into this weekend's contest.

*Speaking of Dawson, he became just the third Yellow Jacket quarterback in the last 40 years to go over 2,000 yards passing in a season. His 250-yard performance against Grove City last week gave him 2,175 for the year. The school record for most passing yards in a season is 2,534, which was set in 2004 by Jeff Dumm.

* Thiel's Brendan Taylor boasts the PAC's top spots in receptions per game (8.2), receiving yards per game (113.5) and total receiving yards (908). The Jackets boast one of the best tandems in the conference in terms or receiving touchdowns. Junior Ray Hightower II and senior Josh Fisher have combined for 11 scores.

* With six catches last week, Hightower went over 100 receptions as a collegiate player. With 101 grabs, he is just two away from tying Craig Antonio (1990-93) for sixth place on the school's career receptions list.

* Saturday's game will be celebrated as senior day, with 17 Yellow Jackets playing their final game at John F. Wiley Stadium.
