WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Nov. 22) – It was a tough night for the Waynesburg University men's basketball team, which ran into a sharp-shooting Baldwin-Wallace team on Tuesday at the Rudy Marisa Fieldhouse.
Waynesburg (1-3) trailed by 11 points at the break, 32-21, after having trimmed the lead to just three points with four minutes remaining. However, Baldwin-Wallace (2-1) proceeded to rip off a 22-0 run to start the second half, taking commanding 54-21 lead in the process on their way to a 78-39 victory. Baldwin-Wallace never trailed in the game, out-shot the Jackets 46 percent to 29 percent and out-rebounded Waynesburg by an almost two-to-one margin (45-to-24).

Larry Alexander led all Waynesburg scorers with 11 points.
The Jackets will try to put this loss behind them when they return to action on Saturday, Nov.26, as they host Mount Union College at the Rudy Marisa Fieldhouse. Tip-off is scheduled for 3 p.m.
