The story of the early season for the Yellow Jackets had been its quick strike offense that has led them to score 12 goals in the first three contests coming into Saturday. However, the Jacket offense couldn't get going on Saturday as they attempted just four shots and put one of them on goal.
Both teams went scoreless until the 59

That was all Hiram goalkeeper Kate Valatis needed as she earned her first victory of the season, improving her record to 1-2. Valatis made just one save in the 90 minutes of action. Sophomore
Emily Mullady registered the only shot on goal for the Jackets.
The Jackets are back in action on Sept. 12 when they travel to New Concord, Ohio, to face Muskingum. Match time is set for 7:30 p.m.
