WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Oct. 28) – The Waynesburg University women's volleyball team hosted its final home match of 2014 on Tuesday night when Thiel College came to the Rudy Marisa Fieldhouse for a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) showdown. The Yellow Jackets dropped the match by a 3-0 final score.
 
The Tomcats (12-15, 9-7) took the contest by the set scores of 25-12, 25-15 and 25-23. Prior to the contest, Waynesburg (6-26, 2-15) honored injured middle hitter Tori Kramer as its only 2014 senior.
 
The Jackets were led by junior Kourtney Skinner, who put down a team-high 10 kills. Freshman Delaney Deniston added a Waynesburg-best 16 assists, while junior Jessica Dorazio paced the defensive effort with 19 digs.
 
The Orange and Black wrap up the 2014 season on Saturday, Nov. 1, with a tri-match at Bethany. Start time is scheduled for 11 a.m.
