Karleigh Murphey scored two goals in the second half of Saturday's women's soccer game against Westminster, including a game-tying tally in the 89
th minute, but Waynesburg lost its season finale to Westminster College, 3-2, in overtime.
With the loss, the Yellow Jackets conclude their 2015 campaign with a record of 6-10, including a 3-5 mark in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play.
Westminster (13-3-2, 5-2-1) built up a 2-0 lead before halftime, but Waynesburg wasn't about to give up on its senior day. The Yellow Jackets responded in the 58
th minute as Murphey, one of four senior pregame honorees, scored off a corner kick by sophomore defender

Nikki Davis fed Murphey in the box for the game-tying tally. Murphey received a pass on the left side of the box and buried a shot past the Westminster goalkeeper.

Ciara Scott had a busy final game in net for the Jackets. She stopped 16 shots in the heart-breaking loss.
