WAYNESBURG, Pa. (April 21) – The Waynesburg University women's lacrosse team hosted Mount Saint Joseph in an Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) matchup on Saturday. The Yellow Jackets fell 18-2 to the Lions.
Mount Saint Joseph (6-7, 5-3) jumped out to a 12-0 lead at halftime. Waynesburg (0-12, 0-8) got on the scoreboard at the 12:59 mark in the second half with a goal by sophomore attacker

Samantha Barlow tacked on the final goal of the contest. Freshman
Breanna Martini tallied an assist on both goals. Senior
Carissa Doody started in net for the Jackets and totaled 17 saves on the afternoon.
Waynesburg will return to the field on Monday to face Hanover in an ORLC make-up from earlier in the season. Start time is scheduled for 3 p.m.
