NEW CONCORD, Ohio (March 12) – The Waynesburg University women's lacrosse team traveled to Muskingum on Tuesday for a non-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match. The Yellow Jackets fell 22-2 to the Muskies.
Waynesburg (0-3) fell behind 16-0 at halftime and saw that deficit grow to 18-0 after 6:30 of play in the second half. The Jackets broke up the shutout when freshman
Kristyn Byler (Belleville, Pa. / Belleville Mennonite) found the back of the net with 23:30 left in the contest.
After Muskingum moved ahead 22-1, junior
Jackie Adler (Allison Park, Pa. / Hampton) closed out the scoring with 1:13 showing on the clock. Sophomore
Breanna Martini (Pickerington, Ohio / Pickerington North) assisted on the final tally of the day.

Riley Yoder (Lancaster, Ohio / Fisher Catholic) started and played all 60 minutes in goal. She tallied six saves on the evening.
The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Saturday, March 16, when they host Concordia (Michigan). Start time is scheduled for 1 p.m.
