WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (March 6) – The Waynesburg University baseball team ended its week-long stay at the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational on Friday by playing two against the University Mount Union. The Yellow Jackets came back to win game one 6-3, but were defeated 18-5 in the late contest.

The Purple Raiders regained the lead in the top of the third with a pair of scores. The Jackets knotted the score back up at 3-3 with tallies in the fourth and fifth innings.
The game was decided in the sixth, when the Orange and Black posted a three spot, giving Miller the support he needed on the mound.
