Righty ace lauded for his work in the classroom and on the pitcher's mound

WAYNESBURG, Pa. (May 14) – Senior Mason Miller (Bethel Park, Pa. / Bethel Park) was recently honored by the Collegiate Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) for his work in the classroom and on the pitcher's mound. Following his third year with the Jackets, Miller was named first-team All-PAC, first-team Mideast All-American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) / Rawlings Region and second-team All-Mideast Region by D3Baseball.com.

Miller was well on his way to another standout campaign in 2020. He was 2-0 over two complete-game starts with a PAC-leading 24 strikeouts. He boasted a 2.57 ERA and a .160 opposing batting average. The ace righty was named the first PAC Pitcher of the Week for the 2020 season.
