WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Oct. 28) – The Waynesburg University volleyball team hosted Westminster for its season finale on Thursday night. The Yellow Jackets ended the year with a 3-0 loss to the top team in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC).
 
The Titans (25-4, 17-0) took the match by the set scores of 25-16, 25-8, 25-22.
 
Waynesburg (9-19, 3-15) was paced by freshman Makayla Osborn (Salem, Ohio / Heartland Christian School), who put down a team-high six kills. Freshman Paige Cousley (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Chartiers Valley) helped out with 17 assists.
 
The Yellow Jacket defensive effort was paced by senior Alyson Johnson (Raceland, Ky. / St. Joseph Central Catholic), who tallied a match-high 15 digs.
