A Look Inside the Hive
Waynesburg junior forward Isaiah Alonzo (Chandler, Ariz. / Tri-City Christian Academy) has continued to be a key leader for the Yellow Jackets. Alonzo has not missed once from the free throw line this season, shooting a perfect 13-13, and he is the third leading scorer in the conference at 20.0 points per game. Alonzo and freshman Jansen Knotts (Ridgeley, W.VA. / Frankfort) are both ranked in the top five for rebounding in the conference. Sophomore guard Ryan Felberg (Twinsburg, Ohio / Twinsburg) ranks 10th in the PAC in scoring at 14.8 ppg following a career-high 21 points against Franciscan. As a team, Waynesburg is currently fourth in the PAC in rebounding offense (41.5 per game) and third in rebounding defense (allowing 38.0 per game).
 
Scouting the Bison
Senior guard Dalton Hamrick has been the crux of the Bethany offense, averaging 18.5 points per game along with a team leading 29.0 mpg. Sophomore guard Asa Klimchock has also been involved in the Bison scoring attack, averaging 10.0 points per game. Junior guard Derek White Jr. is the team leader in assists, averaging 3.5 per game as well as going 47.8 percent from the field. The Bison are at the bottom half of almost every major statistical category in the conference at this point in the season, although they are currently fifth in scoring offense (72.8) and field goal percentage (.434).
