Box Score WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Sept. 3) – The Waynesburg University women's tennis team opened its 2023 fall season on Sunday by hosting Penn State Altoona. The Yellow Jackets fell 7-2 to the visiting Lions.
 
Waynesburg (0-1) picked up both of its victories by forfeit against Altoona (2-0).
 
The Jackets are  back in action on Thursday, Sept. 7, when they travel to La Roche. Start time is scheduled for 4 p.m.
