PLAYOFF HISTORY – Waynesburg has appeared in 20 of the 22 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) tournaments, missing only in 2016-17 and 2022-23 … In that time, the Jackets have a 10-12 record in the tournament with all 12 losses coming in the first round … Grove City has appeared in all 22 PAC tournaments, posting a 17-18 record with 12 first-round losses as well … The head-to-head playoff series is tied at two ... Waynesburg won the last postseason matchup in 2015 53-45 … Their first ever PAC Tournament meeting was in 2007 when the Jackets defeated the Wolverines 67-60 … The Yellow Jackets finished that game on a 19-2 run to seal the win. 

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK – Antone Baker and Jaylen Davis have produced a combined 16 double-doubles this season …  Baker has a team-leading nine while Davis is not far behind with seven ... Baker also leads the team and ranks third in the PAC in points per game (17.8) ... He leads the conference in total blocks (49) and blocks per game (2.0) … Davis, in his first year at Waynesburg, is averaging 9.8 points per game ... He is fifth in the league in rebounds per game (8.3) ... Davis has not taken enough shots to qualify, but his .632 (89 for 142) field-goal percentage would lead PAC. 

KEYS TO THE GAME: DEFENSE, DEFENSE AND MORE DEFENSE – Waynesburg and Grove City are 2 of the top 3 defensive teams in the PAC ... The Yellow Jackets allow the second fewest points per game in the PAC (68.4) and Grove City allows the third fewest (68.7) … Both sides rely heavily on a strong defensive presence to win games ... Offensively, the Orange and Black score the second least points per game (67.6) in the conference ... The Wolverines average the fewest points per game (66.6) in the PAC.
