MEADVILLE, Pa. (March 25) – The Waynesburg University men's tennis team opened Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play with a 9-0 defeat at Allegheny on Monday afternoon.
The Jackets move to 1-4 on the season and 0-1 in PAC play. Allegheny, who won the PAC conference champion and was picked to finish first in the 2024 preseason poll, rises to 6-5, 1-0 PAC.
The Gators took all three doubles matches 8-1, 8-0, 8-0.
Keegan Raabe (Tyrone, Pa. / Tyrone) won three games at No. 3 singles in a 6-0, 6-3 defeat.
The Jackets are slated to host Geneva tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. at the Bechtle Family Tennis Facility.
