WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Nov. 1) – The second-seeded Waynesburg University women's soccer team will host Saint Vincent on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at John F. Wiley Stadium in the semifinal round of the 2025 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) tournament. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

The third-seeded Bearcats (15-3-1) earned the right to face the second-seeded Yellow Jackets (14-2-2) by downing sixth-seeded Allegheny in a thrilling 1-0 double-overtime win tonight that wasn't decided until the 108
th minute.

Waynesburg defeated Saint Vincent 2-1 at John F. Wiley Stadium back on Oct. 11 when junior
Julz Mohrbacher (Freedom, Pa. / Freedom) headed in a corner kick from sent in by senior
Reagan Mittendorf (Bluffton, Ohio / Bluffton) with just 37 seconds remaining in the contest.

That win was the second of a run of six-straight victories for Waynesburg that allowed it to lock down a top two spot in the tournament and hosting rights in the semifinals.

The winner of Wednesday's contest will meet the winner of the other semifinal clash, which features fifth-seeded Franciscan traveling to top-seeded Grove City. Start time for that game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
