WAYNESBURG, Pa. (November 15) - The Waynesburg University men's basketball team faced Muhlenberg in the consolation game of the Omni Ink Waynesburg Tip-Off Tournament on Saturday. The Yellow Jackets fell 67-43 to the Mules.

Muhlenberg (2-2) opened up an 8-0 lead to open the game and never relinquished the advantage throughout the contest. Waynesburg (3-2) trailed 33-15 at halftime, but played a more tightly contested second half, in which the Mules outscored the host squad 34-28.

Scott Bilovus (Imperial, Pa. / West Allegheny) led the Jackets in scoring with 10 points, nine of which came on three made three pointers. Senior
Jalen Goins (Morgantown, W.Va. / Morgantown) chipped in nine points on the day. Freshman
Preston Luzader (Fairview, W.Va. / Clay-Battelle) led all Waynesburg bench players with seven points.

Waynesburg will play its third-straight home game on Wednesday, Nov. 19, when it hosts Pitt Greensburg. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
