WAYNESBURG, Pa. (November 22) - The Waynesburg University men's basketball team traveled to Oberlin on Saturday for a non-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) matchup. The Yellow Jackets fell 108-69 to the Yeomen.

Oberlin (5-2) controlled the contest from the start thanks to a 15-3 game-opening run. That lead grew to 52-28 at halftime.

The Yellow Jackets (3-4) found more offensive success in the second half, putting up 41 points over the final 20 minutes. Unfortunately, Oberlin did as well, posting 56 points on its way to the win.

Senior guard
Scott Bilovus (Imperial, Pa. / West Allegheny) led Waynesburg with a team-high 13 points and a squad-best four assists. Sophomore forward
Brady Anderson (Gay, W.Va. / George Washington) chipped in 10 points on 4-of-5 shooting from the floor.

Though it didn't lead to victory, Waynesburg practically lived at the free throw line, where it connected on 27-of-35 attempts.

Waynesburg will return to the Rudy Marisa Fieldhouse on Wednesday, Dec. 3, to open PAC play against Franciscan. Tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m.
