KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Dec. 18) – Junior
Julz Mohrbacher (Freedom, Pa. / Freedom) added to her already impressive postseason awards haul by receiving national attention for her excellence in the classroom. Mohrbacher was honored as a 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Women's Scholar All-American.
Mohrbacher received third-team laurels as a Digital Design major and carries a 3.88 grade point average.
This past season, the standout forward helped lead Waynesburg to its winningest season in program history (17-3-2), a spot in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) championship game and the first Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) title in recorded program history. Individually, she was named first-team All-PAC, first-team All-ECAC and first-team United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Region VII.
Mohrbacher was also honored for her academic achievements as a first-team College Sports Communicators Academic All-District award winner, a member of the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-East Region team and the PAC SAAC Scholar-Athlete of the Month for November.
