GATORS GATHER MULTIPLE PAC WEEKLY AWARDS

The President's Athletic Conference bestowed two of its four weekly awards on Allegheny players this past Monday. Junior quarterback Carson Colucci was named PAC Offensive Player of the Week after throwing for 254 yards and three touchdowns against Juniata. Sophomore kicker Ian Shiffler was lauded as PAC Special Teams Player of the Week after tallying eight points on two field goals and three PAT's.

SCOUTING THE GATORS

Balance has been the name of the game for Allegheny during its 2-0 start to 2026. The Blue and Gold currently rank fourth in the PAC in scoring average and tied for first in the league in terms of points scored per game. The Gators are also ranked fourth in terms of yards allowed per game. Despite these impressive totals, Allegheny doesn't boast a single player ranked in the top five of practially all major statistical categories within the PAC, with the exception of sophomore Ashton Chambers, who is tied for first in the league with two interceptions.

FIELDS FINDING THE FOOTBALL

Junior Isaiah Fields continued to establish himself as Waynesburg's top receiver after pulling in a game-high five catches for 43 yards against Ursinus. Two weeks into the season, Fields is currently tied for third in the PAC with a 6.5 reception per game average.

PLAYING WITH A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER

Sophomore Antonio Cipoletti, pronounced Chip-o-let-tee, has been one of the breakout newcomers for the Yellow Jackets in 2026. He not only leads Waynesburg in tackles after two weeks of play, but he enters Saturday's game with Allegheny ranked ninth with 7.5 total stops per contest
