Brian Radakovich enters his second year as Waynesburg’s offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator after a spell as its passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach. He joined the Waynesburg University coaching staff in the summer of 2017 as a graduate assistant coach working primarily with the team’s wide receivers. He is also served as the team’s video coordinator.
Radakovich came to Waynesburg after spending the 2016 season with Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) rival Thiel. He worked with the Tomcats’ running backs and served as the team’s co-video coordinator. He was also charged with recruiting talent out of Western New York, Florida and the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area.
Prior to making the jump to college coaching, Radakovich spent the 2015-16 school year as an assistant at Elizabeth Forward (Pa.) High School. His responsibilities with the Warriors included serving as the offensive line coach, assistant defensive line coach and video coordinator.
Radakovich’s coaching experiences began at Division II Slippery Rock University, where was a student coaching intern from the spring of 2012 to the spring of 2015. While at The Rock, he worked closely with offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Zack Patterson and offensive line coach Chris Conrad. His responsibilities ranged from signaling plays, assisting in practice and film management.
A native of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, and a 2011 graduate of West Mifflin High School, Radakovich earned a bachelor’s degree in safety management from Slippery Rock University in 2015.
