Waynesburg University Athletics

Matt Cross heads into his fourth season as an assistant soccer coach at Waynesburg University.

Cross was a multi-year member of the Waynesburg men’s soccer and track and field teams before earning his degree in 2007. He was also a member of the PAC Academic Honor Roll.

Cross is a native of McKean, Pa. and a graduate of General McLane High School. He is married to his wife Michelle, who is an assistant track and cross country coach at Waynesburg. The two have a son, Gilbert.
