Dalton Mount joined the Waynesburg University baseball staff for the 2026 season after a decorated four-year playing career with the Yellow Jackets.
He finished his time in a Yellow Jacket uniform ranked second in school history in stolen bases since at least 1991. He also finished in the top five for stolen bases in a season and walks in a season since at least 1991. Mount also tied for first place in walks in a game since at least 1991.
During his junior campaign, he led Waynesburg in doubles, hits, multi-hit games, runs, walks, total bases and stolen bases.
Mount was also a standout in the classroom and was recognized as a three-time Collegiate Sports Communicators Academic All-District honoree.
Mount is a 2021 graduate of Westminster (Md.) High School, where he was a three-year letter winner in baseball.
