Logan Danielson joined the Waynesburg University coaching staff prior to the 2026 season following a decorated playing career at Division II powerhouse Indiana University of Pa. He will serve as the Yellow Jackets’ defensive line coach and equipment coordinator this fall.

He capped his time with the Crimson Hawks as an All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Defensive First Team honoree at defensive line. That year he logged 31 total tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and five sacks. It was his third-straight season as a starter along the defensive line and he served as team captain.

Off the field, Danielson served on the team’s leadership council from 2022 to 2025.

Prior to his collegiate career, Danielson starred at storied Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) program Thomas Jefferson. He was a three-time all-conference selection, a 2019 All-PIAA pick and the winner of the inaugural Bill Fralic Award. Danielson capped his Jaguar playing days by being selected for the Big 33 All-Star game as a member of Team Pennsylvania.
