Former Yellow Jacket wrestler Seth Evans returned to campus after spending one year as an assistant at Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) rival Washington & Jefferson in the summer of 2026.

Evans was a regular starter since day one as a Yellow Jacket and produced a 74-73 overall record, with his most successful campaign coming in 2024-25, when he went 30-22. That win total was good for second on the team. He also finished second on the squad in terms of pins (6), technical falls (5) and major decisions (7) and finished the season as the 157-pound runner-up at the PAC Championships.

Evans also earned honorable mention All-PAC laurels as a junior in 2024 and was a runner-up at 165 pounds as a freshman in 2022.

Prior to arriving to Waynesburg, Evans was a three-sport standout at Sharon High School, where he was a four-year letter winner on the mat. He was also a member of the Tigers' football and track & field teams.
