Senior wrestler Jake Evans (Elizabeth, Pa. / Elizabeth-Forward) made NCAA history while also earning his fourth Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) title on Friday. His pin over Washington & Jefferson freshman Jake Walker gave him 175 official wins, which moved him into first place among all divisions. In reality, Evans has collected more victories over his time with the Yellow Jackets, but they are not officially recognized by the National Wrestling Coaches Association. He currently leads the nation in pins and has spent the entire season ranked number one at 285 pounds.
