Waynesburg University Athletics

Burner posted some impressive numbers in Waynesburg's final series of the season this past weekend. During the Yellow Jackets' 2-1 week against Chatham, he hit .556 (five-for-nine) with his team-leading sixth homerun, five RBIs and three runs scored. Burner slugged .889 and a pair of walks helped him record a .636 on-base percentage. He was also successful on his only stolen base attempt of the series.
