Freshman goalkeeper Deven Patel (Columbus, Ohio St. / Francis DeSales) posted a pair of shutouts as Waynesburg opened Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play this week. Patel logged two saves in a 0-0 draw against Westminster on Wednesday, before piling up 12 saves in a 2-0 victory over Bethany on Saturday. Patel currently leads the PAC in shutouts (4), ranks fourth in goals against average (0.610) and is third in save percentage (.878)
