Waynesburg's unquestioned leader at the PAC Indoor Track & Field Champiosnships was junior Ella Rishell (Montgomery County, Md. / Watkins Mill), who found the podium in a whopping four events and competed in a fifth. Her top performance came in the 400 meters, where she took bronze with a time of 1:00.02. She added a fourth-place showing in the 200 meters after crossing the finish line in 26.74 seconds. Rishell logged a pair of fifth-place efforts with one coming on the track and the other coming in the jump pits. She joined senior Ella Boothe (Fredericktown, Pa. / Beth-Center), junior JaLisa Fuller (Latrice, Ind. / Lawrence Central) and freshman Adaire Settles (Canonsburg, Pa. / Canon-McMillan) to produce the number-five time in the 4x400-meter relay (4:18.23). Her final addition to the team total came in the triple jump, where she posted a hop, skip and a jump of 9.93 meters. As if all that wasn't enough, Rishell also competed in the long jump.
