Junior Ella Rishell (Montgomery County, Md. / Watkins Mill) had a very productive two days at the PAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. She placed fifth in the 400 meters (59.40 seconds), eighth in the 200 meters (27.06 seconds) and seventh in the triple jump (9.83 meters). Rishell also ran a leg in the Jackets' 4x100-meter relay team that placed seventh. She joined sophomore Peyton Williams (Newport News, Va. / Peninsula Catholic), freshman Chanelle Sutton (Mount Storm, W.Va. / Union Educational Complex) and freshman Adaire Settles (Canonsburg, Pa. / Canon-McMillan) to post a time of 51.51 seconds.
