Jason Falvo enters his 14th season as head coach of the Waynesburg University track & field teams in 2017-18.

Under Falvo’s guidance, Waynesburg has also become a power in the PAC. The veteran head coach guided the Yellow Jacket women to the 2013, 2016 and 2017 outdoor PAC team titles. This past winter, the Jackets claimed their first indoor PAC team title. His athletes have also garnered numerous individual conference accolades, including seven PAC Athlete of the Year awards.

At the 2009 ECAC Championships, the seven Jacket women who qualified also set a new school record for highest finish at the event after placing seventh.
Falvo has also enjoyed excellence in the class room. The 2010 women’s track and field team featured three individuals who were named to the All-American Academic Team by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
The veteran coach is also USA Track and Field Level 1-certified and, in 2009, was named PAC Women’s Track & Field Coach of the Year.
