Senior defensive tackle Darryl Moore, Jr. was named to his second 2011 All-American list after picking up the honor from D3football.com.

Darryl Moore, Jr. recently added one more prestigious award to his already impressive resume. After another dominant season at defensive tackle, Moore was honored as Waynesburg's newest All-American.
The Boardman, Ohio native was lauded by D3football.com as a third-team selection on its annual All-America Team. Moore was also selected a 2011 preseason All-American by Beyond Sports Network and was eligible for the D3football.com team after earning first-team laurels on the website's All South Region Squad.
Moore was tabbed with the national honor following another outstanding season as the centerpiece of Waynesburg's potent defensive front. The graduate of Boardman High School racked up 60 total tackles, 36 of which were solo stops, nine tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks. He also broke up a pass, forced a fumble and recovered a fumble on his way to his second-straight All South Region lauding from the website.
Moore also notched his second-straight first-team All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) selection in November and ends his Waynesburg career with 176 tackles (99 solo), 37.5 tackles for loss, 19 sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries over 40 games played.
