WAYNESBURG, Pa. (April 9) – The Waynesburg University men's tennis team squared off Saint Vincent College on Tuesday in a battle of the top two teams in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC). After the last point was scored at the Yellow Jackets' home court, SVC won the battle of the conference unbeaten 9-0.

Waynesburg (6-4, 3-1) just missed out on a victory at second doubles, were senior Jon Anderson and sophomore Philip Littlejohn came up on the short end of a 9-7 score. Sophomores Isaiah Cochran and Colin Philips put up a solid effort at number-one doubles, where they dropped an 8-4 decision to their counterparts from Saint Vincent (8-3, 6-0).

The Yellow Jackets, who were riding a three-match win streak prior to Tuesday's loss, will look to get back on track on Wednesday, April 10, when they host Mt. Aloysius. The non-PAC match is scheduled to get going at 3 p.m.
