WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Sept. 8) – The Waynesburg University men's soccer team hosted La Roche College for a non-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest on Tuesday night. The Yellow Jackets fell 3-0 to the visiting Redhawks.
 
La Roche (1-1) scored the eventual game-winning goal during the 26^th minute of the first half. Waynesburg (0-4) kept its deficit at a single goal throughout the remainder of the opening period. Unfortunately, the visitors broke through for insurance tallies in the 49^th and 68^th minutes.
 
Senior goalkeeper Nathan Ribar started and played the first 75:42 minutes of the contest. The veteran allowed all three goals and made 10 saves. Freshman Michael Dulac logged his first collegiate minutes while making three saves over the final 14:18.
 
Waynesburg hits the road on Friday, Sept. 11, when it travels to Oberlin College. Start time is scheduled for 5 p.m.
