FRIEDENS, Pa. (Oct. 25) – The Waynesburg University volleyball team traveled to Mount Aloysius for a non-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match on Tuesday night. The Yellow Jackets dropped a 3-0 final score to the Mounties.
The home team (7-17) took the contest by the set scores of 25-14, 25-14, 25-18.
Waynesburg (1-26) was led by sophomore
Sydni Ayers, who set up a match-high 18 assists. Ayers completed her third double-double of the season with 13 digs. Speaking of digs, freshman
Alyssa Proper recorded a team-best 18.
The Jackets wrap up the 2016 campaign on Thursday, Oct. 27, with a road trip to La Roche. Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
