CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. (April 13) – The Waynesburg University women's lacrosse team began a weekend in Kentucky with an Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) match at Thomas More. The Yellow Jackets dropped a 10-1 final score to the Saints.
 
Thomas More (2-5, 2-5) built a 5-0 halftime lead and doubled its advantage to 10-0 before Waynesburg (0-9, 0-6) junior Sarah Knapp found the back of the net with 8:49 showing on the clock.
 
Junior Christina Bauer stopped nine-of-19 shots on net while playing all 60 minutes in goal.
 
The Yellow Jackets wrap up their weekend in the Bluegrass State tomorrow at Transylvania. Start time is scheduled for 10 a.m.
