LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 14) – The Waynesburg University women's lacrosse team wrapped up its two-game weekend trip to Kentucky on Saturday facing Transylvania, the top team in the Ohio River Lacrosse Conference. The short-handed Yellow Jackets fell 24-0.

Carissa Doody made her first collegiate start in goal for Waynesburg (0-10, 0-6) and recorded five saves over 60 minutes in net.
Waynesburg is back in action on Wednesday, April 18, when it travels to Chatham for an ORLC match. Start time is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
