GREENSBURG, Pa. (Sept. 20) – The Waynesburg University women's soccer team hit the road for another solid non-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) test at Pitt Greensburg. The Yellow Jackets tussled with the Bobcats for 110 minutes before the contest ended in a 0-0 tie.
The flow of the game was as even as the final score, with the exception of total shots, which the Bobcats (4-2-1) holding a 16-9 advantage in that category. When it came to attempts that were put on goal, both squads tallied four each on the afternoon. Corner kicks went 4-3 in favor of the Yellow Jackets (4-1-2), while the Jackets committed seven fouls to UPG's seven.

Courtney Syfert made her seventh start of the year in net and played all 110 minutes of the draw. She collected three saves in the shutout.
Waynesburg is next in action on Saturday, when it travels to Baldwin Wallace for a battle of the Yellow Jackets. Start time is scheduled for 1 p.m.
