BEREA, Ohio (Sept. 22) – The Waynesburg University women's soccer team traveled to Baldwin Wallace University on Saturday afternoon for a non-conference matchup of Yellow Jackets. However, it was the Yellow Jackets of Baldwin Wallace that came out victorious, 4-0.
Baldwin Wallace (6-1-1) opened the scoring in the fifth minute of the game and never looked back. The Yellow Jackets scored once more in the first half and then two in second half, first in the 86th minute and then two minutes later.
Waynesburg (4-2-2) was out-shot 32-6, 21-2 in shots on goal. The Orange and Black only committed 11 fouls compared to Baldwin Wallace's 20. Junior goalkeeper

Waynesburg returns to the pitch after week off for its Presidents Athletic Conference opener against the Saint Vincent Bearcats at John F. Wiley Stadium. The game is also Alumni Day and a special Night of Nets for the Yellow Jackets. First kick is slated for 1 p.m.
