WAYNESBURG, Pa. (April 17) – The Waynesburg University women's lacrosse team celebrated senior day on Wednesday with a home match against Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC)-leading Westminster. The Yellow Jackets fell by the final score of 21-5.
Waynesburg (0-12, 0-5) freshman Kristen Byler (Belleville, Pa. / Belleville Mennonite) tallied a pair of second-half goals against the Titans (10-2, 5-0) to lead the offense. Junior
Jackie Adler (Allison Park, Pa. / Hampton), senior Sarah Knap (Millerton, N.Y. / Upton Lake Christian) and senior
Maggie Blake (Quakertown, Pa. / Faith Christian Academy) also found the back of the net in the team's final home game of the 2019 campaign.

Riley Yoder (Lancaster, Ohio / Fisher Catholic) recorded four saves on the day.
Waynesburg returns to action on Wednesday, April 24, when it travels to Washington & Jefferson for a PAC showdown with the Presidents. Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
